INTRODUCTION:

Colfe's School is an independent coeducational day school with a rich history dating back to 1574. It is situated in Horn Park, London, and was founded by John Glyn, with Reverend Abraham Colfe reestablishing it in 1652. Since 1999, the school has been welcoming both male and female students to help support their all-round development and academic progress. The curriculum includes a wide range of courses such as Latin, mathematics, art, design & technology, theatre, media studies, music, and modern languages. To offer a balanced and well-rounded educational experience, Colfe's School provides numerous co-curricular activities such as rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and international adventures, in addition to academic endeavors.

The school's founder, Abraham Colfe, believed in teaching moral and spiritual values consistent with Christian ideals, which has become fundamental to the school's culture. The community values character development equally alongside academic performance and it is academically selective and diverse. The school believes in building deep relationships with students, as reflected in its slogan, "Ad astra per aspera" (Through suffering to the stars). Students are inspired to use their skills for the benefit of their community and society in a calm, orderly, and intentional setting, and uphold the values of their Christian upbringing.
